I can't believe I've never been considering all the years I lived in CO. I did make to a Bill Gram fest down there once. Beautiful

John -

Telluride has been on my list for a long, long time. I am planning on it for next year.

Am very much looking forward to FloydFest at the end of July - there are 7 of us going and there is nothing like spending time at a great festival with good friends.

I think there are a couple of Forumbians who live out in western VA who might be going. I will probably hang a FloydFest post up in a few days.

Want to add to experience? Rent a VERY sturdy 4WD vehicle with substantial clearance and drive into Telluride from Ouray using the trail over Black Bear Pass. Not for the faint of heart, but the last few miles coming down into Telluride alongside Angel Falls is unspeakably beautiful. One of my favorite places west of the Mississippi, no doubt.
